FEB 10th update:

The weather is getting milder and things are getting busier but unfortunately we here at AFFA find ourselves shorthanded...

We are now hiring for a front office receptionist.

Based on our regular office hours, it is a part time gig (but loaded with little perks that only a small, family-run business can offer. Fridays and weekends off? We got it.)

We are looking for someone who is dependable, has good communication skills and a can-do attitude. Having multi-line phone handling and data entry skills (with attention to detail) is a big, BIG plus. If you are interested in becoming a part of our Family, please eMail resumes and/or inquiries to:

As this nasty freeze / melt cycle continues to affect the ice and snow on the building's roof, so please be advised to take extra care on sidewalks and avoid any coned off parking spots DIRECTLY underneath the overhangs. Thank you!

January 13, 2026 update:

YOU should be in charge of your health care options.

One of the many benefits of NOT having to play insurance games is that no "referrals" or "pre-authorizations" are necessary! This allows you to get in to see our doctors for care much sooner than waiting around in the big system's waiting rooms. Ask us about the availability of same day appointments.
